Refunds and Returns
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (EU Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund, exchange or issue credit for goods returned to us within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the customer must pay the postage costs. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your return postage.
Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
