Above is ‘Young Drum’ GB07L02369 bred from ‘Drum’ when he was paired to ‘Cleopatra’ a great breeding daughter of  ‘Zabel’ (brother ‘Kannibaal’) x ‘Gerrie’ (Dtr. Kleine Dirk). ‘Young Drum’ is the breeder of many good birds for Gordon with the latest being his 1st Section Roscrea winner.

The dam of Gordon’s Section winner is ‘Connie’ a daughter of ‘Mascotte’ (Son Farah Diba) x ‘Imogen’ ( Dtr.’Hannibal’ x ‘Little Star’ a daughter of ‘Di Caprio’ Hermans Ceusters)  and she is a real beauty.  Gordon purchased her at our auction in Dublin in November 2010. He had to delay the coach trip back to Lisburn to buy her as she was the last lot. It is great to see she is repaying Gordon’s determination and considerable investment to get her.

The winner is a yearling 2011 late bred and as can be seen from the picture is an absolute stunner. Gordon reports she is tame to the point of being a nuisance around the loft but with her bloodline and quality we are certain she will become a ‘Little Star’ herself for him.
