*Andy Miller,Edinburgh winner of 1st Open Scottish National Flying Club Burdinne Kings Cup Race
Had a very welcome message indeed to report Andy Miller from Edinburgh winning 1st Section B 259 birds and 1st Open Scottish National Flying Club Burdinne Kings Cup Race last Saturday against 1251 birds sent by 358 members from 505 miles.
His winner ‘Festival’ has been a Super Star for Andy this year scoring in all SNFC Races so far.
Father of the winner was a 2011 cock bred Dave Barron and the late Dennis Blakey from the North East from a son of our top old breeder ‘Zidane’ (Brother Kannibal) x ‘Schone Blauwe’ when he was paired to a daughter of our renowned ‘Outlaw’ x ‘Rowen’. So once again back to ‘The Young Couple’! Dam of Andys winner was from the Vandenabeele bloodline.
What is especially pleasing is this is the second Kings Cup winner in two years with our bloodlines after O.Fitzpatrick and Son of Guilford, Northern Ireland won the Irish Blue Riband event of the 2018 of 1st Irish National Flying Club Saint Allouestre also winning the King George V Challenge Cup and the NIPA Trophy.
Many congratulations once again!
