*This really nice quality hen is ‘Stella’ bred from our old basic pair ‘Drum’ and ‘Gerrie’. When coupled with ‘Max’ the good breeding son of Leo Heremans New Dream Couple (Nieuwe Rossi x Eenoogtje) she bred NL14-1168708 our second bird this week that has now scored four early prizes in four middle Distance races this year and moves up to 9th position in the Union de Baronie Middle Distance Ace Pigeon Awards.

Last Saturday saw Nanteuil the 4th race from 6 in this years middle distance program take place. A distance of around 330 km to Nieuwendijk.

What was especially pleasing about this race was our early pigeons were our nominated pigeons that count towards the Middle Distance championships. After this race we moved up from 11th place to 2nd in the Middle Distance Loft Championship and our good cock NL14-1168708 has moved right up the list to 9th Ace Pigeon Middle Distance. With two races to go, we hope for a top ten finish in all categories.
