The Brabant 2000 program is split into 3 race categories (Vitesse,Midfond,Eendagfond) of 7 races per category plus a Marathon and Young Bird Championship.
The first category is Vitesse/Short Distance and in the Union de Baronie (Brabant 2000 Sector 3) we were very pleased to move up the table to 1st Championship position after the 6th race flown yesterday against 227 members.
The 7th and final race of this category is next weekend from Morlincourt and we anticipate a steady south west wind and that means we will enter our entire team of 38 pigeons to try to win the first Championship of the season. We can not take anything for granted as last season we were heading the Midfond Championship by over 400 points and ended up second after the final race by just 5 points!
We must also say a very well done to club mates Hemert Brothers who have also flown well this year.
